Establishment of Mission, Principles and Values

Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd. announces the establishment of its Mission Statement: “Shaping a brighter future with our stakeholders though progressive investment solutions.” This embodies the firm’s purpose. To support the Mission, as displayed below, the firm also defined a set of Principles, which guide organisational philosophy and operations, and a set of Values, which articulate individual employee behaviours.
